Need help with upload http website

I have uploaded many html sites with no problem but can figure out how to upload my http site. It was created wit a wysiwyg caled upflame that I bought in a wso.
Can anyone help. I would rather learn how than have it done.

You usually FTP it up to your host. You need FTP details. Server Name or IP and username and password. Then an FTP client. I recommend Filezilla its a good free one.
