I want to make a site for playing online games and want to make site on xoops.
Can anybody provide me a link to xoops tutorial.
Please don't tell me about "Building website with xoops" book.

Sounds to me like you want to create an arcade site. There are probably xoops plugins for this but you might want to consider creating a stand alone arcade. Free arcade scripts can be found here:

Xoops is a little bit outdated, you should use wordpress.
