Looking for backlink script or program

I heard that it is possible to place a lot of backlinks by running a "backlink-script". This will place a lot of backlinks on a lot of sites.

My questions are:

Where can I find such a script (for free if possible)?

And does it have negative impact on your sites ranking?

With such a script do you have to be aware of not posting to many links per day? Let's say the script has 3000 sites. you do a 100 a day for one month, would that be better?


(I know someone who gains a lot of backlinks with this and he will go up in google for certain keywords by running this script)

    I would be careful of any script that gets that many backlinks all at once.
    As you say you would definitely want to get it to do a number per day.

    It really depends where the links are coming from, it could be from directories,
    rss feeds, ip lookup services, blog commenting (blog spam in this case) ...
    without knowing where your friend's script gets the backlinks it's impossible
    to let you know whether it would be a good idea or not, not all backlinks are
    created equal. Quality backlinks are better than quantity.

    I did see a program called Backlinkspeed that submits to all sorts of ip lookup
    sites that would then create some links back to your site, if you really want an
    automated script maybe download it, get all the sites from it and make your
    own script from it. Whether it would be worth it who knows.

      I agree on what he said regarding that you should becareful on using a backlink script. Maybe it would just spam to all over ip lookup sites. There's a big possibility that your website or article might get "sandboxed: if you're not careful on backlinks.

    If that were the case, couldn't you sabotage your competitor? I believe that those things may not help but as far as harming, if it were true, then people would do such things to their competitors don't you think?
