PayPal - Is this how it's supposed to work?

I need some advice and help

I wanted to buy some WP themes from this site: Cheap PLR Wordpress Theme Package - PLRWPThemes.com

Particularly these template:

PLRWPThemes.com Demo

What seems a little scary is that when you click the $25 Buy Now button (which has the following code behind it - http://www.plrwpthemes.com/images/buynow2.gif) you get taken to a site that looks very much like PayPal but does not have the secure PayPal logo in the top right hand corner which is supposed to indicate that it is a proper and secure PayPal site.

Can anyone kindly tell me if this is a scam site and / or a fake PayPal site?

  • It DOES go to PayPal.
    However, it has the following issues for me.

    1. The warning and no secure marker is because they have linked their logo as HTTP instead of HTTPS.
    2. It forces the language to something like Cyrillic, so I can't read it.

    The language is actually Polish. I also checked the domain registration information as well.
