i am looking to launch a website where i will be promoting products from amazon. i am looking for your suggestion on the following three plugins:

1. amazon link cloaking. (wordpress)
2. amazon affiliate id change based on user's country.(wordpress)
3. wp-plugin that can display the city, state and country from where
the user is from.(wordpress).

your valuable suggestion will really helpful. i am open to your suggestions but i would prefer free wordpress plugins.
