Programmer needed

A simple assignment. May take 30 minutes of time to create. I can describe what I want on skype.

$50.00 for the completed work paid through paypal.

Basically take 6 questions or inputs
put them into 3 catagories as outputs.

Need it functional on a blog format so that customers can go to the blog from a iphone or android or whatever.

Program will ask first question. Customer will input answer which is recorded.
program asks 2nd question associated with first question and customer inputs 3 answers in response.

This series repeats for category 2 & 3

At the end the program must spit out each catagory :

A
1
2
3

B
1
2
3

C
1
2
3

That is all.

Also I need room to add some comments To the display output.

I need program in script format to be used on blogs.

  • So if i get you right: the second question depends on the first answer? Example:

    a or b?

    if answer is a => output question 2_a
    if answer is b => output question 2_b

    Would you need this functional in one single page without page reload? Or would it be okay to have (for example) 3 pages with each two questions?

  • I just love how NON programmers seem to know exactly how long a project will take. For example: I want you to create this system for iphones to be able to post comments to my blog. It will take you 30 minutes and I will pay you 50.00..

    • I have just finished reading a list of application requirements for a .Net project from a client. As I am reading through the endless list I am thinking that he is pushing his luck with his proposed budget, and then I read the final sentence:

      "This application is also to be written for Apple iOS4, Android 2.2, Palm 1.4 and Win Phone7 as they are released".

      I think that because this requirement is only one sentence the client thinks it should only add about 30 minutes to the project.

  • I have never taken work off website before, I prefer escrow sites in case the project owner disappears. I've had my fair share of abandoned projects over the years.

    My advice is to post the job on one of the many job sites and post a link here.

  • What you want IS easy. It's just a lot of lines of code, or a lot of thought going into how to do it in less lines of code.

    Either way the programmer is probably going to have to talk to you for 30 minutes just to figure out exactly what you want.

    If you DO get someone willing to do it for 50 bucks prepare to be a tad disappointed in either the communication, execution, or the delivery.
