help - visual studio problem

I spent 2 hours last night trying to figure this out - and I feel like an idiot.

I'm using xsiteprp version 1 and when I open it I get a VS debugging warning. Cannot bypass the warning or use xsp.

My first thought was to remove visual studio - though my understanding it's a tenacious little bugger in your system.

But - is it part of xsp? It tells me to change an option - but I have no idea where this VS is installed and haven't been able to find it in my system to try to change the option.

Clearly, I am not a programmer. I am not a techie but usually I can figure things out - this one has me stumped.

Can anyone advise me what to do?

      The application must also be compiled with debugging
      enabled.

      When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
      will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine

  • The problem is that XSP is crashing when you are trying to start it. Once you fix that problem, you won't need to worry about the JIT.

      Actually I opened it because I'm trying to find a link to upgrade to xsp2. When I emailed about it - the info was to go into this one and click upgrade for info. Didn't make sense but that's what I was trying to do.
