Script to convert WMV to FLV

I need to integrate conversion of WMV to FLV in WordPress. The user should be able to upload WMV videos and the output should be made in FLV format without user intervention. Is there any plugin available for this? I tried to search but couldn't find it. Any help will be highly appreciated.

i have created a script like that as cakephp module. first you must have video module on your server ( php ) and install like batch program for converting video to any format
