I need help to create a simple software program that promotes an affiliate link and contain some articles. (more details later) So If any programmers can help me with this please contact me.

Are you offering to pay for this or are you hoping someone is going to do it for nothing?

Also, I'd include a lot more details about what you're after so people can get a better feeling for what's involved.

  Hi, sorry I should be more clear.
  Of course I will pay for the services.
  
  I need a simple program that you install which is sort of a mini browser with articles
  and links to an affilites sale page and links to my web page which contains reviews of the product, so I need someone to write such a program for me.
