Multiple Proxies On 1 Computer?

I need 5 proxies/vpn's over the USA. I want to be able to choose the city and state. The proxy/vpn needs to be completely dedicated. Sharing won't work for me.

Along with the proxy/vpn, I need some advice. I want to create 5 separate identities to be able to duplicate accounts with companies that only allow 1 account per person. I want to use one computer and create different users on my computer. Ideally, I want each user I created on my computer to have it's own proxy/vpn. Is this possible?

I tried doing that with both windows xp and mac osx and it seems like the proxy is set at the computer level and not the user level. The first proxy I enter under the first user I create is picked up when I create a new user. I was hoping there was a way to set the proxy only at the user level. Any ideas?
