Script for reporting 404 Error

Any suggestions for adding a script into place to allow users to report broken links to me on my self-hosted Word Press blog?

Right now I'm using the default message with no way for them to let me know of the problem.

too late if you have to wait for your customers to tell you there is a 404.

How to Find and Fix 404 Errors

fix them so they never see them, before they see them.
