Hi, I am hoping someone will be able to help me, I have searched and searched for the answer to my question but cannot find an answer.
I actualy dont even know if it is possible. Here's the thing.....
I sell personalised items on ebay and so customers need to send me the details for the personalisation, I have a method in place where they fill out an online form and the details are sent to my email.
This is working perfectly and it also redirects them to a page saying thank you afterwards.
The problem is that I am still getting messages from people asking if I have received the information, this then takes up my time replying to them to confirm. When I set it up I thought a thank you page would be enough to satisfy customers that I had received the form but obviously not.
The problem I am facing when trying to setup an autoresponder is that the form is going through a formscript and so when it gets to my inbox it shows as being from bluemail@bluehost which is who I host with so if I try to respond I will just be responding to that instead of the customers email adrress.
Does anyone know of a way to get around this? I am with bluehost and so use cpanel and also use outlook 2010.
Thank you in advance for any help anyone can give.
