I need help Wordpress integration

I am putting together a new WP site and need to integrate a genealogy database into the WP pages.
The plugin should render the genealogy pages in a WP page, combine logins, and share the WP theme.
The theme and login functions are working pretty well.
However, my genealogy pages are rendered above the WP page header, and I can't see where the problem is.

Can someone please help before I turn to drink

    The problem is your wordpress theme, I think
    you have to customize your theme, you can be more guided on wordpress codec site.

      I suspect you are right about the theme because the plugin works with the Twenty Ten theme.

      I have tried the theme developer who responds that his theme is good and it must be the plugin code :rolleyes:

      Also tried the Wordpress codex site and they pass the buck too :rolleyes:

      *i'm hoping that there are some Wordpress whizz's here who can help because it's doin my head in. :confused:

            It seems the plugin hooks into the permalink for the required page without problem.

            Can anyone tell me why it might render the content above the header?
