Need Help w/Google Analytics E-Commerce Setup

I'm working with a client that had previously setup E-commerce tracking but for some reason it has stopped working and this isn't my strong point at all so any help is appreciated.

From what I can tell, e-commerce tracking is not working at all (the client is in season and there have been no sales and that's not true). Also no keywords or adwords seem to get any credit for any sales that were previously tracked before it stopped worked and the client site itself for some reason gets referral for the majority of the sales. I do believe a cross domain filter was setup properly for this since it's basically a 3rd party booking company.

What I personally need help with is an idea of how to do this right. Please respond back or message me if you can help point me in the right direction.

I appreciate any help on this!

Sorry buddy this is a generic and basic answer, but is the way I resolve the problems.

Check by parts what is working, I mean isolate a small section and check the functionality of it, then move to other and other, then check the connections between them.
Just try to receive a signal at the middle of the process, in this way you will be able to know in what section is the error.

I hope this may help you
