How to prevent Privacy Revealing Issues?

Advanced help needed.
I need to figure out how to register my another profile on the site which do not allow duplicate profiles for a single user.
I have tried to register using several proxies, I have trying to register after my MAC address change - unsuccessfully!

Can anyone suggest a solution? What else should I change in order to hide the identity?

    You have to make sure that you are not using a proxy which reveals your real IP address. Make sure that the proxy you are using is Anonymous or Elite proxy.

    Before trying to register again you should clear all the cookies, temporary data and other stuff your browser has stored on the hard disk. Some people also run CCleaner to get rid of all temporary data that could identify you as a previous visitor to the site.
