Moving a wordpress blog is very simple. Just go to your control panel and backup your database. Then just download files via FTP. Buy a new hosting account, upload your files, restore your database via phpMyAdmin and voila, done

I am sure that there are many on here who can do that for you. Also this is something that you could get done on fiverr.com for well, a fiver! All the best.
