This probably isn't the best group to ask that question - this area is for programming questions so you'd probably be better off asking the website design forum.

However, I just did a quick Google on "how to use photoshop stamp tool" and got some great results - including tutorial videos. You might want to check that out first.

Press S to select Stamp Tool

Then u press and keep Alt and choise the area to copy on image then you leave mouse and click to the other area of image ... and you see the effective ^^

You can use stamp tool by following steps.

1.Select the Clone Stamp tool then check the settings in the options bar.
2.Hold down the Alt key, the cursor will change to a target. Click the point you wish to use as a sampling point. This will be used as the reference point for cloning.
3.Click and draw where you want the cloned image to appear. As you draw, a cross will appear on the original image while a corresponding circle appears where you are drawing
