eMBED A vIDEO INTO wp What makes it autoplay

Hi
I am trying to embed a video into WP and make it play automatically when the blog is opened. I am using the

embedcode&autoplay=1
Can anyone please correct me and tell me where I ma going wrong. The video plays but only when you press the paly button

    Do you know a site where you have seen that happen? You might be able to look at the source of the page and see how they are doing it. You can do that in browsers usually by selecting View then Source. This is an old trick that helped me learn a lot about HTML, JavaScript, and other Web technologies when I was first starting out.
