Survey program/plugin required

Hi All,

A friend who wants to put up a not-for-profit web site for a school group wants to know if there is a Survey program/plugin available that will allow visitors to the site to answer a short online survey.

But they want to be able to stop people spamming the survey. If that is possible.

Is there a cheap or reasonably priced program or plugin available that would prevent people from filling out the survey form over and over again. Perhaps something that will prevent the same e-mail address or IP address being used multiple times. The survey will only apply to families within a local area.

They are happy to have the completed survey forms automatically sent to a particular e-mail address or stored on the website.

Any ideas anyone.

  • There are lot of plugins available for wordpress and other CMS. Individual java scritp plugind are also avaliable. You get it in the first page of google. But for making it spam free you need to customizing those plugins for which you need to hire a programer tough.
