Isn't MP4 compatible with iPhone?

Hi warriors,

I converted a video to "web optimized .mp4" using Handbrake and it still wont play on iPhone. What give?

    Download an app called AVPlayer. It can play all sorts of stuff avi, mp4, etc.

      Make sure you are using the h.264 codec when you create your mp4 file.

      Are you trying to get it to play from your website? If so, you should get JW player from LongTail Video | Home of the JW Player (it's free). This is a flash player with an HTML5 fail-over that will stream video to the iOS native video player.

    Niagra... weird mp4 is compatible with Iphone however if you are having issues download the free miro video converter here "mirovideoconverter [dot] com" (no affil) it is a one button click and it optimizes the formats specifically to pretty much any phone format that you might think of. GL
