Hi, i have a penny auction website, in which im looking someone qualified to do some work on it ...below is the main things i need carried out ..

1. New rotating banners on home page
2. An affiliatte section added ( along with advertising banners )
3 2 live league tables which update automatically when members bring in new members


Ive been looking someone for a while now and was told about this site, ive tried elance but found it to be full of indians who are vry unreliable..
