Illegal? Come on people get serious here. You aren't going to jail cause you used Magic Submitter. There no piracy involved here. If you are writing your own article, spinning it and submitting it to a bunch of social sites, it isn't illegal or infringement on piracy.

Now if you were to tell me that using this software is frowned upon by the Google and other SE's and also by some of the sites then I would agree with that.
