Setting Up Alphabetical List

Wordpress:

I want to set up a page that lists the title of all my posts in my "Reviews" category in alphabetical order. I want it to also have a alphabetical pagination at the top that allows you to click on a letter and then it will only display the titles with that letter.

However I need to add some other basic information to each of the titles.

Here is an example and I would like it to basically be set up the same way.
