Help with Membership Site

Hi,

My name is Phil Alger and I'm interested in partnering with another
developer.

To make a long story short, a few years ago, I created my first
affiliate marketing tools site. It was very successful, but had
a fatal limitation, which was the way the leadpages integrated
with the email system.

I have already created an entirely new version, based on joomla,
and of course have included the changes to overcome the original
design flaws, including a generic method to support lead capture
with ANY autoresponder system.

I basically don't have enough time to complete the new version
of my software and want you to help me. Based on the original
success and the fact there's nothing like it elsewhere, it
will definitely provide a significant opportunity for you.

In exchange, you will receive a percentage of all income
generated from the site. There will be a large amount of work
initially to finish the current code base, but once completed,
it will be more income and less work. The main goals of the site
are generate membership income and build our lists.

You need to have a strong PHP backgound, in addition to
mysql and javascript.

I am excited about this venture and look forward to discussing
