Blog has Fatal Error

I get the fatal error below when trying to log in to my blog foreclosurechaos.com.

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Arras_Widget_Tag_Cloud::WP_Widget_Tag_Cloud() in /home/content/31/5283431/html/foreclosurechaos/wp-content/themes/arras/library/widgets.php on line 404

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    the problem comes from your setup theme arras login via FTP or your file manager on cpanel and delete the folder on this path /html/foreclosurechaos/wp-content/themes/arras
