Contracts.. where to find

im looking to get a website developed, fairly complex and i need a contract. I have read that copyright laws automatically state that any creator of a website automatically owns the rights, source files, and copyrights so im assuming i will include in a contract that i am the sole owner and not the creator.

Again, if anyone could steer me toward where i could get a contract it would be really appreciated, thanx.

You want a contract for a "Work-For-Hire" and remember you are the creator of the website, not the person you hire to develop it.
