phpbb customization

I've been trying to get a phpbb to have space for ads. It seems it should be easy, but I can't figure it out. I'd like to have the forum have my logo and be monetized. Anybody know how? or will I have to outsource to India?

    Have you looked in their forums?

    The last time I set up a PHPBB forum for someone the forum had tons of information which should answer queries such as these.

      Jonathon is spot on here..

      Visit the phpBB site and look at there docs..
      Theres plenty of it over there..

      Admittedly the phpBB code is a mess, but it doesn't take much to work out their templating system so that you can find space for an ad..

    You can get this easily done... You need to edit the template files of the current tempalate being used there. Maybe it is default sun-silver or something like.... just download the header file using ftp to your pc, do the changes and upload!

    Thanks, I found a section in the php forum help section that details exactly how to ad ads to phpbb.
    Now... if I can only follow the instructions.
