Popup Domination Problems

Has anyone else had trouble getting Popup Domination to run? It loads great, looks great and when you load it and hit submit, wha wha wha nothing happens. I am using Office Auto Pilot, Wordpress 3.2.1 and Thesis 1.8.

Support is basically no-existant and has taken 12+ hours each time for a response so I am on Day 4 trying to get it to work.

Edit - they did send me updated code to try and use but that didn't work either.

Any ideas would be appreciated, unfortunately I can't leave it live on the site because it shows up okay but doesn't work at all and I don't want to irritate anyone by not responding.

My husband, who is a programmer, made me a php form with six lines of code thinking that it didn't like the Office Auto Pilot code, still nada. Any help would be appreciated!
