cPanel redirect 500 error

Hi

Don't know if anyone can shed any light on this problem but I am getting a 500 error on redirect from one add on domain to pages on a wordpress blog which is also an add on domain on the same host

The problem is that I have a number of other add on domains with the same redirects but they return any errors and work fine?????

Just wondered if anyone can shed some light

BTW I've checked the .htaccess files and they are all identical across the other add on domains that are working and they are all sitting on the same apcahce server...

  • Have you check the error logs? It can give you a clue about the error.

  • make sure that file ownership is set right. This can cause this error also not chmod files correctly can through this error.
  • Error 500 is when server encounters something unexpected that didn't allow it to complete the request. Check your CGI scripts.
