Open source or Coded one?which is best under the eyes of google??

I'm using open source for site designing and also open source like wordpress are a great name in the woorld of designing.Than too will it be better to design a site using coding for better results in search engine ranking??is the content more secure in coded one??

  Sry to say..I'm not a expert like you but than too I think that softwares like joomla and wordpress comes under the category of opensource...I would like to say sry if I'm wrong and I will definetly welcome you to make me understand..
