Can anyone make a PSD a compatible WP theme?

I'm building the new web page for my work but once I'm done I don't want to have to just slice it all up in Imageready and have a bunch of html mumbo jumbo. I would like for the page that I create to be turned into a WP theme so that I can easily edit the text, video, links, images, and header image.

Is this possible? What would it cost me?

  • No offense but you can get it done for MUCH less than 300$ if you search on freelancer. Look for people with good reviews. Frankly speaking, 300$ for one wordpress theme is a lot!

    But then, up to you, just give freelancer a hit before finalizing.
