Looking for a Talented PHP programmer

Hi Guys,

I'm getting tired of outsourcing programming work, and getting crap quality coding, and no attention to details.

I have two projects that I need to get done, both of them are relatively simple.

The first one would be a similar to the functionality of this site: Google Homepages Themes - Make Google Your Homepage

I already have the main 3 pages designed, I can have the in HTML / CSS. Please contact me if you are good at what you do.
