but can someone point me in a good direction to start learning how to code plugins. Id love you forever

It might be easier to guide you in the right direction if you can tell us what kind of plugins you want to build.

You're probably already familiar with the Codex, but just in case... Writing a Plugin « WordPress Codex Start there to know the basics.

I find the that the best resources are the WordPress codex and books like Amazon.com: WordPress Plugin Development (Beginner's Guide) (9781847193599): Vladimir Prelovac: Books
If you don't know PHP programming you will need to start with learning PHP first.
