php help needed - for image selling website ..

hello,

i am developing a image selling website. people can download image after payment complete. ( paypal am using as payment getway) after payment the image url will be sent to the mail .

these images located in ' sellimage ' folder on my server. the problem is if some one know about this folder (mywebsiteurl/selimage ) they can download all files !!!!!

how this type of website working , how can i do it securely ??? any idea

You can block the folder through htaccess. Also on download do not deliver the image directly, deliver it through something like readfile() function.

Like the above poster said, htaccess might be your best option.

Im sure there are many pre-made systems that already do what you want to do.

My favorite CMS system is jamroom
