php-task - vm_photos's library

The information shoule secured saved in SQL. Hacker should not see an e-mail addresses & telephone numbers, if he hacked the site as well and
will have a FULL access to SQL (include the passwords to database)

May you done this task for me ? I may pay a little fee about 5$. I need it now.
