Video doesnt play in browser, others do.

I purchased some videos, and all the videos play when i double click on the Firefox icon.
Except for this one,number 16.
Sent in a ticket to support, and they told me that some OS do not play with big file names.
But,the other 59 videos play fine.I have not heard back from them after i said all the others play fine.
So am i assuming the video is using the Firefox browser to play it?
Next, the video will play when i put it into -iwisoft video converter.
My question is,i looked at all the files in iwisoft, and there was no way to change the video file to a html extension. If that is what i need to do.

Or,is there a file extension that auto plays in a browser?I have enclosed a screen shot of what the files look like on my PC.

The "firefox html file" is basically just a document with a link to the video embedded.
You cannot rename a video file to .html to make it play in firefox.

I guess either the original video file is broken, or it got broken when downloading. Try downloading it again.

if that doesn't work, try using a media player such as VLC to play it, they can "overplay" small glitches.

    Cheers,

Thanks for the response.I can play it in Iwisoft video software.
So what would i need to do t change it in the video converter software.

I changed it to a mpeg4,avi,and another one,but when i double click on them, they do not open in firefox, and the firefox icon does not show in the file like in my pic of the screen shot.
I will ask the support if they will send me another download link to try again.
The videos are made with Camtasia.

Why do you want it to open in firefox? If it opens in your player, be happy ;-)
But maybe support will send you another file that'll work.

As for camtasia, this does not really matter.

I am going to sell these videos. The only way this video will play is if i use a converter, and then change it to WMV.
It will play in my converter, but i do not want to sell something and then tell everyone that in order to play,1 video out of 59 others that play fine in Firefox, and in IE8,that they have to download a converter.
    Plus of the file size.
If i want to change it to say,WMV,and to a popular MPEG4,the file size alone of these 2 videos will be over 50MB.
I will have to go ask at the camstudio forum,i may have to re -record the video on one of my own sites.
I have sent 2 emails to support and now they wont even respond anymore.
Figures, once they have your money, who cares.
I hope the FTC cleans up every one. That does not help after the sale.
    Thanks for the help.
