how 2 config ebay-cashflow-site?

My neighbor asked, "Will you help me get a website on to the internet? I bought it but can't figure out what to do with it."

"Sure!" says I, without bothering to ask what she bought.

She bought an Ebay Cashflow Site, which delivers ebay feeds and adsense ads. It was written back when eBay handled its affiliate program through cj.com. They now handle the program themselves.Instructions for changing the config file say to enter affiliate tracking info by writing $cj='1569101'; with the number being the users CJ pid number.

I have registered my neighbor with eBay and have her affiliate number. How do I edit this config page for the current program? I've been all over, including eBay, found millions of people selling this ebay cashflow site all over the web, but can't find a single reference explaining how to update this entry.Sigh.

If I'm not asking in the right forum section, please direct me elsewhere.
