Noticed this code on a website I was working on today and I cant seem to find where the heck it is coming from. Obliously the website was hacked to place this code which is a whole other problem, but firstly I need to get rid of it:

I have looked through the theme files, the htaccess file, and checked all of the pluggins. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
