If you want to remove pages just go to wordpress admin and click on pages tab and delete pages you don't like to see,,,,

If you are talking about links in the theme files you can do it like this.....

In appearence goto editor.... On the upper dropdown select the theme you want to edit....

Find header.php and footer.php and Ctrl+F search for the text and delete.....
