Streaming service or web script?

As a job recruiter I'd like to be able to interview job candidates remotely via web cam. Can you recommend a streaming video service or script (for a web page), where candidates can remotely talk live via thier web cam so I can interview them? Not Skype, I'd like them to go to a web page, not have to download anything.

  • If you Google "video chat website", there are lots of options out there for doing this. I haven't used any of them though, so can't recommend one in particular.
  • I guess you need one-on-one video chat, you would like to insert the app in your web page, is that right?

    Go to flashcoms dot com and there check in products the site messenger option; I have heard good reviews.
