Updating Magento ver 1.4 to 1.6

Hi,

I need to update my Magento shopping cart from version 1.4 to 1.6.

Can anyone advise where I can find a good PHP or Magento person to do this for me?

I've tried looking on the Warriors for Hire section but couldn't find anyone there.
