How to change Header/banner on YouJoomla template

Hey guys,
I bought the YouFitness template from YouJoomla and I like that there are a lot of nooks and crannies to post things, but I CAN NOT change the banner where it says "YOU!FITNESS" and the text under it.

Also, There is a slider with text corresponding to the pics in the slider, and I can not seem to find that in the wordpress editor or on the zip files themselves.

BTW, YouJoomla support sucks. One person posted it did not work, and the admin blamed it on them. Buyer Beware.

I do not have any real content on the site so if you would like to check it out to see what I am asking, the site is Intense Workout Supplements. This is probably an easy fix for somebody that know this type of template, but the light bulb has not lit over my head.

    I am sure there is some field hidden for you to put the URL of a new logo. But I am not familiar with that. I would just go to the yoofitness template folder and backup the index.php and edit / remove these lines:

    <div id="logo" class="png"> <div id="tags"> <h1><a href="http://www.highintensitysupplements.com/" title=""></a></h1> </div> </div>

    And add anything you want to display in that area.
    Add a Div or a Span or just add a <img src="">Not sure what your trying to do.
