Small PHP job to outsource

As requested here is more info on what this job entails:


The job is a secure area for a service company to communicate with the employee's and vendors. There would only be 3 logins, admin, vendor, and staff. Here's what they will see respectively:

1.The vendor login would show notes and downloads specifically for the vendors.
2.The staff login would show a list of current 'jobs in progress' when clicking on a job in the list they would see specific notes and downloads for that job.
3.The admin would be able to create/edit notes and upload files (image, pdf) for vendor.
4.The admin would be able to create a new 'job in progress' then add notes and upload files (image, pdf) for that new job.

I believe the host is PHP4, not sure what version mysql but I can find out if you need me to. I also would prefer to have a users table in the DB in case we want to upgrade later and add more users.


I will incorporate this into my current clients design, I just don't have the time to write this right now.
