Hey every one i have made a new website its a smf Forum site i am unable to find the meta tags an how can i set to auto update with related to topic thanks

There will be a plugin you can use from SMF that will allow you set the meta data.

Yes, do a search for a suitable mod here: SMF Mod Site

Or, simply add the tags to your theme header.
