paypal invoice changes langauge

Hi,
We live in Amsterdam, and want to use Paypal to send an invoice link to our buyers around the world. Most of our buyers dont have a paypal account. When they receive our email to pay with paypal, the screen goes to Dutch!! and they dont understand how to pay!

how can we change this? so that our buyers (in the States for example) will get the invoice in English?

We actually send the invoice in English, but once they go to pay with their credit cards, it changes to Dutch!

    This is what I found:

    If the invoice is being sent to a PayPal account we will convert the language to the users account. If it's a non-PayPal account it will always appear in the merchant's primary language. It works like this it will pull the language cookie from the Internet Browser, then pull the Browser language preference and then the Merchants main language. I hope this makes sense.

    Maybe you need to set your PayPal language to English?
