SEO and Flash on page and must keep on

What if i have a page that has a Flash based spokesmodel on it and i can't take it off because this would mean losing the highest quality backlinks. How would you go about this? Is there a way to minimize the damage that this flash is causing to the site.

I would post the video spokesmodel site, but i dont have enough posts so it wont let me.

      I can only assume. It is very slow to load. But, the backlinks will eventually dissappear if i move this video because we are an example site for their video spokesmodel company.

    Mostly in flash website their is a big problem, that load timing.I also seen many website who takes alot of when it starts.

      So only if the entire page is flasH? or if there is flash on the page? I don't know what you are trying to say. This just has a spokesmodel person that is flash that loads. I know that flash slows down a page. Are you trying to differentiate between the type and quantity of flash?

    You can kill ur flash for sometimes or somedays but dont loose ur backlinks, they are hard to create or maintain for longtermcoz if backlinks exist then website will exists then there is a use of that front flash ha ha ha.

    You can let the page load in its entirety and then use JavaScript to load the flash video. This will cause the page to appear loaded to the users (and search engines) and the video to pop-in an instant later.
