What kind of app for iOS & Android do you think more profitable and more feasible to make compare to others?

And why?

I am thinking of making a template for app, that can be sold to company
with small change.

one idea that come to my mind is, create an booking app that run on mobile (iOS,Android or BB) connected to web service. And sold this to as many clinique/massage or restaurant...

As mentioned a lot more Android Apps are free but with Ads
