2 Tier Linking
If my website was powered by Wordpress there's a plugin called WP No External Links that does exactly the job I'm after. But I don't, it's a bog standard PHP/DB powered site.
What the plugin does is mask my external links and when an external link is clicked it is sent to a dynamically created internal page letting you know you are leaving and you have to click a further link to continue.
This is what I'm after for my website, whether it is a PHP script or javascript.
