Sales vid quicktime error message?

I recently switched my sales video host from bluehost to amazon cloudfront.
However, a large number of people are getting a quicktime error message in place of the video.

it is a .mp4 file and i am using jw player with optimize press.

has anyone experienced this or know why it is happening?

Try updating quicktime

hmm, try updating first. But you can also just insert the shortcode in your page and not have to worry about jw player. You can also try a plugin called FV wordpress flowplayer.

  I mean that this problem is coming up on all browsers, not just mine. Does it have something to do with jw player?
