Problem with malware - please help!

I've contacted my hosting company (host gator), who apparently found malware on my site and removed it, but didn't fix the problem. I've also gone into the webmaster tools and google's scan can't find any malware.

I've done a full virus scan on my computer with two different programs, and neither have found anything.

What's happening is that if I try to log onto the homepage my site (The Vitamin Source) through the chrome browser, this error message appears:

Warning: Something's Not Right Here!
thevitaminsource.net contains content from anidemirjian.com, a site known to distribute malware. Your computer might catch a virus if you visit this site.
Google has found malicious software may be installed onto your computer if you proceed. If you've visited this site in the past or you trust this site, it's possible that it has just recently been compromised by a hacker. You should not proceed, and perhaps try again tomorrow or go somewhere else.
We have already notified anidemirjian.com that we found malware on the site. For more about the problems found on anidemirjian.com, visit the Google Safe Browsing diagnostic page.

If you understand that visiting this site may harm your computer, proceed anyway.

Help improve detection of malware by sending additional data to Google about sites on which you see this warning. This data will be handled in accordance with the Safe Browsing privacy policies.
Only 2 pages on my site, however do this. What's even stranger, is that today, I found another site that has the same message, but also has an error message on the IE and Firefox browsers (my site does not).

I don't know if the problem is on my site, my browser or my computer. I cleared all cache files on chrome (except passwords), and as I said, ran a complete virus scan and malware check through google and my hosting company.

Any ideas?

Thanks so much!

I tried before to restore my site to a previous date (you should have an option on cpanel). For me this is the best way to get rid of malware.

If website Ranking & working is Perfect then don't need to worry about it, Monitor your webmaster tool thing will clear to you that your website is attacked by Virus or not. Make sure that you are getting hosting of from dedicated server then this thing will not be issue for you. Best thing for you to not open file which give such kind of spammed Messages and keep Powerful Scanner on Your PC like Norton or Microsoft security essential and always turn it on. Best thing for you to change password of Your website so no one can get access you Admin Pannel.

The website seems to be working just fine for everyone else. It's ranking the same as always. I was actually just going to ignore the error messages, but apparently some other people get a malware notification when visiting my site as well. This effects the credibility of my site, and whether others are willing to link to me. For instance, today a guest post of mine was turned down because the webmaster saw that my site had malware on it.

You haven't any malware on the page but you are linking to an image belonging to an attack site. The offending image isn't loading so you can't see it but it is in this part of the page:

      In this topic code:

      Code:
      <h2><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Antioxidant Supplements</strong></span></h2>
<p>Not looking at antioxidants as the anti-aging miracle they’re often made out to be is important for two reasons.</p>
<p>The first is very simple: the health industry has a habit of promoting a single nutrient, or even a single molecule, as being the be-all-end-all of health and longevity. Uninformed health enthusiasts happily climb aboard, often ignoring various other factors. For example, products such as Sobe Green Tea are advertised as health products since they contain antioxidants, yet the drink is almost entirely made of sugar and water. In focusing so intently on one aspect of health, not only do we lose sight of the importance of a complex and holistic approach to improving our overall health, but we often turn a blind eye to unhealthy substances as well.</p>
      <p><img class="alignright" src="http://anidemirjian.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/snapple1.png" alt="" width="288" height="384" /></p>
If you edit and remove the hidden image then the problem goes away. You can view the same page here without the malware notification:

      The Vitamin Source

The above is a view source created html page of your website minus the hidden image.

      Regards
